Cheating by India Today Group

I had purchased Reebok Track Suit, Reebok Watch, Reebok Shoes combo from BagItToday that is a part of India Today group. I was promised a Travel voucher worth Rs.5, 000/-. Although I got the voucher, I am unable to redeem it as the partner "Big City" is taking me for a ride. I have made close to 8 visits to their office. Everytime, the personnel there viz., Akhila, Ranjana, Kunal Shah evade by giving some or the other excuse. Voucher no. is ITBC17001. If I mail to customer care, the usual response is "the complaint has been forwarded to the concerned department and needful will be done ASAP". I have sent many mails so far but, no action has been taken. I would request you to kindly look into the matter and take severe action against "BigCity" and "IndiaToday" to prevent them from cheating customers like me.
