Order not processed

Hi,

I have purchased a product online from indiavarta@newindianexpress.com on Sept 13 and accordingly the order has to be shipped within 7-15 working days. Product ID : 250311

But till date I haven't yet received the order, its been a month.

I have constantly been mailing to them asking them the status of the order for which they give lame excuses and apologies.

I no more want the product but want my money to be refunded, but they are not doing that either.

Please help.
