Non-functional Air tel services

Sir,

Your service centers located at different place are absolutely useless. They never pay attention to what the customers really want, and show no inclination to understand and solve their problems. Remember, many people have switched over to the other service providers.

Even the registartion process which is on your web site is a big disappointment. Even if I tried hundred times, it would still say that either the user name or the password is faulty. Please correct these anomalies as soon as possible. I, m nor the one person who is dissatisfied with Airtel services, there are thousands in Hyderabad.(AP)

I hope you would render better services to the customers and see that they are taken care of. That is the sine qua non of any service providers.
