Irregular network connection

BSNL landline No: 2511994. customer since 2 decades. obtained broadband connection but most of the time not getting continuous internet network especially during evening hours (after 8 - 9 Oclock) since 2-3 months. Brought to the notice of the concerned (complaint to 1957, personally visited BSNL office and orally brought to their notice, and even contacted the concerned Engineers..Mr. Rafi and Mr. Ashwath kumar and requested for redressal but in vain. Kindly do the needful
