Greetings of the day.

sir, I had taken a broad band connection from Ortel communication. Since last three months i am facing lots of problem regarding this. Nobody is able to answer my question and tries to shot out my complain. Always telling that your complain have been forwarded to technical deptt. and will be solved very soon. But this is a regular baseless commitment from them. Since six days i have no net connection. Since last three month at least minimum of four to five days my net has been disconnected due to technical fault from Ortal deptt. As they are a leading company, if I ask them for quick responce, they advice me for disconnection. So finding no other way i am decided to disconnect the line. So please through this message i am requesting you to disconnect my line and obliged.
