Non delivery of order placed

I had placed an order through Indo Selection.com for a book end. The first piece they shipped was completely broken and when I complained, they promised to send a new piece. This has not been delivered. When I called the companys phone number, it was found to be disconnected. The merchandiser who sent me a confirmation mail is no longer with the company. I would like to lodge a complaint so that no other person is cheated through this website
