Horrible customer service, racist employees

One of my neighbors had problem with her internet connection and she asked me to help her. After diagnosing a bit, i called the customer service of Indusind media and communications Ltd. On requesting the rep to help diagnose the problem, the rep started behaving rudely. He began asking me unrelated questions like whether I am Marathi and supporter of Raj Thackeray. I was taken aback by these questions and told him that they had nothing to do with the internet connection problem. He however continued his rant against maharashtrians and started accusing me that your marathi people are doing this and that. Finally i couldn't take it anymore and asked him to provide his name and transfer call to manager both of which he refused and hung up. I called up their service again and managed to get the names of the reps working in internet department - Amit and Anshul. I am going to try the company again on a working day to complain against their employee, I hope they will take some action. Will edit this review if any action is taken.
