About extra money after registration

Dear Sir,

In IT EXPO 2012 held in Surat from 6/1 to 9/1, I have booked an internet connection of "I NET INDIA NETWORKS LTD.", booking bill no. 251 dated 9/1. They told us to provide the connection service within 3 days but no reply from them. Finally we contact them after 4 days and at that time they are asking Rs. 1000/- more.

Kindly consider my request and take appropriate action.
