Transfer of connection

Dear sir,

I have an Internet connection of I Net. I have been calling them to transfer my connection to my new home for last 4 weeks, but they still not replying my queries. I had visited their office also.

They were always answering that they will reply after 10mins but they wasn't call me.

I was telling them to refund my payment because I have already paid them for 6months.

Please sir do the needful & oblige.
