Script has not installed after teking the payment

I have paid Rs. 5000 for makaan.com Clone to Infocus web solutions pvt ltd. contact person Mr Sahil.www.instantkingseo.com

Even after 20 days of payment they have not installed script on my server.

Mr. Sahil from their company with whom i am interacting, never picks my phone. even employee of their company is not good in behaving with the clients.

Now i was wondering what will happen to my money Is it scam or what???

They never picked up the phone nor they are inserted in refunding me.

Now I want some help here from some one who help me in recovering my 5000 Rs. back

Please help me...

And for those who are planning to take service from Them please dont take it their service are very bad.
