Complaint Against DNA web Hosting services

We are a company "Ramkrishna Bazar" and we had Created website www.ramkrishnabazar.com with DNA Webhostingn Infortale Communications Pvt. Ltd, 3rd floor, Orchid Plaza, Near Movie Gems Theatre, Dahisar (E) Mumbai – 400068. India, Telephone : 022-6222 22 22, E-mail: info@dnawebworld.com.

I Purchase A Domain Name From DNA webworld And I paid them all the money more than 12000INR in advance They created a simple website and provided only me mail of Username and website address. But after visiting my actual website i found that they have not Design Website as per our requirement and details. I am trying to reach the customer service for more than past Three Months, they are just providing me contact No.of Mr. Kishor 828602666 & Miss. Pooja 8898061523 (workatdna@gmail.com, workatdna@yahoo.com) but no one is answering Properly and also They are not responding to my phone calls and complaint. I Also registered my compliant With DNA Webworld Complaint No:9768057666 But still i didn't get any response from DNA.

We had an very bad Experience with DNA Hosting and they don't have any values for their customers. Please solve this problem and I am cheated by DNAWEBHOSTING and I can name all those executives and officers. We are also having Original receipt of payment done to Mr. Kishor.
