Excess delay in redress of complaint

I purchased a micro SD card of 4GB from the online shopping website (www.timtara.com) of the above mentioned company. On receiving the product i discovered that it was a micro SD card of 2GB instead of 4GB for which i actually placed the order and paid for. After conveying the same to the company, it sent a pick up and assured me that the product will be exchanged and sent to me within seven working days. It has been four months since then and till now I have neither received the right product nor got a refund of the amount paid. I have repeatedly mailed and called the concerned department but no action whatsoever has yet been taken. On this account I am lodging this complaint and hope to receive a fruitful action from your side.
