Respected sir

I have SBI account in Mahanager branch, Lucknow (U.P.)

I have applied for internet banking near 9 dec. concerning officer told that they will tell user name & id on phone. Later after 15 days when I didnt get any response I went there and asked. He told that there may some error and let me fill another form and issued a internet banking kit. He said it will work from 23-24 dec

but till now it is not working.

plz take immediate action on it.
