Hi

I Have Been Charged more than 3500rs for the Month of Dec-Jan Usage of Your Broadband Service.

Thing is At Begining I Was in 799 Plan which includes Unlimited Downloading and Usage but As per U Directed I Changed My plan to 599 but even I Am damm sure that I Was Not Used Much of ur Internet service in Billing month of Dec-Jan.

When I called up ur Customer care Executive He Simply says that Even If ur Modem is in SwitchON Position some Downloads will happen Automatic.

I Dont think so this kind of Responce I will in such a great Concern.

I Cant and I Will not Pay U More than 1000rs

And I Request U to Cancel my Broadband Connection

On 12th Feb I Paid rs.1000
