Dear Sir,

I am Sai kiran S. I have applied for BSNL Broadband connection on 18-Sep-10. Request reference number : 51430669. AN number : 52447514. Till Today i have not received the Connections. I am continuously following up with BSNl office. they are saying they will give the connection in next two days. Almost one month still no response.

Kindly let me know how to proceed further on this.
