LINE BREAKING WITHIN 3 MIN INTERVAL

I took internet service in my home on may. During this time your sub contractor done the underground cable laying also. Meanwhile I received the net connection through the existing telephone service also.from that time net not working properly, means breaking after 3 min. interval. I complainted to pooyapally exchange many times, they given many contact numbers and nobody not not responsible. At present my Mother, wife and daughter is staying at home. I am staying at Abudhabi and I contacted Indian Embassy to recover these problem. They informed to send the compliant by mail. So I am sincerely requesting to resolve the problem urgently and give me an positive feedback as early as possible.
