Emove the connection

I want to remove my internet connection as i m shifting the place so please do remove the connection as tomorrow i will be shifting the place... i am calling from 3 days customer care but no1 is responding..even for the bill payment they are telling that they will be sending their person and no one turns up... so please remove the internet connection as early as possible... then only i will pay the bill.
