False information to custome

I am having MTS Broad band internet connection with post paid plan. When I got new internet connection I have been told that I can change the plan from post paid to prepaid after three months. Now I have completed 05 months. But the M TS company is refusing to change the plan from post paid to prepaid. This is injustice with the customer who has trusted with this Company. I want to change my plan immediately as the tariff of post paid is very much high.
