DND but still harresment from You tele com

I had already registered for DND but still i m getting telemarketing & renewal calls from you tele com.

Today sameer modi has visited my shop for renewal, but on asking who had called you or who had told you to be here for renewal? he replied we have database on our company desktop pc so we visit directly to customer, but when i asked tell me your senior no or name to whom i can report this problem he refused & was rigid on talking
