No internet speed as promised by the company

Sir/ madam

despite several complaints via internet as well as phone calls regarding the very poor (almost zero) internet speed. it becomes impossible to send even an email since more than one month.

at the time of selling the devices the attendants (who provided the data card) had given very attractive offers and also to return the device if not working properly, now they said that the device is not refundable.

the one who buy the internet devices naturally they will use it for the same purposes but how if there is no internet access.

please make sure me either a provide a better internet facility or return and refund for the device
