Worst Service for web hosting

Our company website www.guardwellindia.com is Down since more than a year. Since Feb I am contacting the customer care (Internet World Wide). till now i have made numerous of calls to them, every time some will took up the call and tell it will be up by... 2 hrs / by Evening / by tomorrow morning / we are in data transfer of data from one server to other server.. etc... some time they used to literally disconnect the call and some times engaged.. some time they say will transfer the call to concerned technical department after 5 mins. they will disconnect the call...

Even there will be no response to my mails. it went more than a month as it is...

Its really frustrated me. so i went directly to office.then they are telling we don't have your data. they are asking data from us to upload.

If it so then why they are given nonsense reasons for more than a month???

Why they didn't informed me earlier regarding Data???

After that we just left it.. as we are working on new web pages.

Now we required Our domain Admin access details to upload data.

Regarding the same i sent a request mail to Care (help@internetworldwide.org) almost 1 week back. Immediately i got my Complaint ticket number (XXJ-244-60045). till today i didn't received any reply for my request. So i called to the office for the status, they are saying my mail as been corrupted plz resend it again.

I dont know what nonsense is this.. my complaint as been registered in their website with the same ticked number, but they are telling my mail as been corrupted??? after some time she told she got our company details with in 30 mins she will check and call me back..

even after 2 days i didn't get call from her.. Today i called them, a guy (Sandeep) said we will connect to technical department and after 5 -6 mins.. get disconnected the call..

I don't know whether my problem will resolve or not.. but PEOPLE Please avoid this type of service. Worst Experience INTERNET WORLD WIDE
