Non renewal of web domain and hosting even after full payment made more than 45 days before

I have Made full payment of rs 7100=00 through RTGS fund transfer (DETAILS: NEFT-SAA21274214-VICTORY TRADERS (371862 CR.7, 100.00 (INR 26-12) for web domain and hosting space renewal for five years for my website poonawalamachinetools.com but still my website is not running and up .even after repeated reminders on daily basis the company is not responding to our queries and also now they have stopped receiving my call (Mr Kumar 09243050190)

Please urgently look into the matter and help us out.
