Delivering of services (online portal) delayed

We have given an order of development of online property portal on 2 Aug with the commitment of completion & delivering the project in one month duration. though even paid full amount in advance before completion of project i am finding it difficulties in services as well as getting my own portal live till date as per my requirement & as well as demanding more money from us to deliver the project.

due to lack of services and knowledge of theirs i am suffering from loss in the business.

please let me know the appropriate process to recover my money from them.
