Stranger created orkut account by using my snaps

By using my photoes one of the stranger created orkut account. Giving identity as female and name as Ashwatha Suvarna. The photoes which is usedi nside the profile are also mine. This is really not fair no one has right to use other snaps for their own personal identity. I kindly request to every one this kind of issues should not happen in future to any one and also I want justice to know who has used my snaps with out my permission for their personal use.

Please, see this issue. I need to know who is that female and she should delete all my snaps, which ever she has uploaded in Orkut.
