E-MAIL HOTMAIL ACCOUNT HAS BEEN HACKED

Two days back, I found that my hotmail account was hacked. It was not opening with my password & on the same day, my friend / reatives got wierd mails from my account!!

Request you to look into this matter immediately and let me know what action should be taken against such crime. Moreover, I have lost all the important mails of my account. How to retrieve these mails?
