Goods not have been delivered and no money refunded

I had Purchased Few Products from my Credit card in Nov However only 2 goods out of 3 have been delivered to me and one worth 1500 rs still Pending, On calling the call centre they gave me an option of choosing other goods which again has not been delivered. I seek a refund of Money from this Fraudlent Company and additional interest for the period of reund equivalent to non payment charges on a credit card from the date of Purchase.
