Non availability of wate

I, Jai Pal resident of Village Bogria Tehsil Nahan, there is a water connectio near my home since 1996, now from Aug. I visited various IPH offices at Nahan & also lodged online complaint during April & nothing has been heard from us. My house is situated at higher side of the village. During Aug the water line was shifted from my house to another location.
