Cheap and waste, worst, product sent to me

I was got an mail on 02/082011 at 3:22pm, " Congrats! u have won 4pcs Elegant Designer Jewellery of Rs.4, 000/- Warranty. Pay shiping and Handling Rs.699/- code.905 to get urFree gift" this is sms which i got from your company. on Ordering same I got another mail informing about Order No: 2180472 dt02/08 at 9:34pm, on 03/08 another sms stating dispath of order.

05/08 - From Blue Drat Courier i got an sms giving AWB .No:58522412410 an the same day the courier was arrived at about 5:00pm evening and handed over the parcel after taking shipping cargers of Rs.699/- when i opened the parcel their was only 3pcs which is of cheap quality of Rs.100 to 200/-rate but you promised me that it is of cost of Rs.4, 000/- but the parcel was the cheap quality and worst designed which we never excepted form the company of online shopping all over the world.By the act it is crystal clear that your company was making fraud against the customers and earning the money. If at all your company as good repatuation and care for the customers return back my money or send the product which is of the Cost which you mentioned in the SMS.
