Illegal act by jeetle

Dear Sir,

I have a complian against jeetle.in. jeetle.in is site which does illegal acts. i have been duped by this site. i legitimately won panasonic viera tv of amount Rs.51900/ but it started forcing me to prove that i have done wrong things to win this prize. however when they could not prove me wrong, they disqualified me from the auction and not gave me the prize. when i tried to clarify the matter, they said " on the basis of suspicion" they have disqualified me. On the contrary when i clarified every thing, they could not answer my questions on mail. they just insisted on saying on that they would not give me the product. i spent rs.6000 on that particular auction. they have also kept on hold my other prize on which they declared me winner and have taken tax and shipment charges. Please help me in this.
