I myself is ramesh kumar Air Force Station kumbigram silchar Assam.
i have booked flight ticket on 13 oct 11 from silchar to kolkata for 25 nov 11 through net-banking transaction, then after e-ticket was not received to me but the specified amount was credited to jet airways.on this matter i contacted to jet airways complain cell and replied that ur transaction
has jumped and debited amount will be credited to ur account.
Regarding this matter i also mailed several times to jet airways online complain cell but proper attention has not been given.
It is requested that kindly take this matter with jet airways and debited amount should be credited to my account as soon possible.
