I wanted a SSL certificate for a website client of mine.
So bought it from BIGROCK.
Since i am not very tech savvy with the SSL certificate authorization.
i was completely depending on BIG ROCK support team
But all they did was made it so complicated that nor could i sort it nor does BIG ROCK support team.
All i did was kept chatting with the support team and kept raising tickets.
I was completely harassed by the poor support team.
They had all the access to my account and instead to solving the problem they just kept on asking me to do things.
I request if anybody online can help me with this regard.
