JS High Speed Broadband Service
Not attending service

JS broadband is the worst broadband service in Kolkata. After two-three days of connection I am facing lots of problem such as IP address conflict, network login problem, network connection problem, speed slower than dial-up connection, sudden network disconnection etc. Every time I complain they do not response properly. Their service boy behaves in a very bad manner. After rectifying the problem within one-two days new problem arises which they don’t entertain seriously, after 4-5 days suffering & “N” times of phone calls they come. I have taken my connection just one month back. Within this month hardly 10 days I got proper internet services. Now I am not getting any network signal. Three days passed away, more than 20 times I called up them but they are not entertaining the matter.
