Kaunsa.com not delivering the product after even getting the full payment in advance

Hi, my name is parveen dahiya. i placed an order on an online shopping website kaunsa.com. i placed the order on 22nd July. when i placed the order i got a confirmation mail from kaunsa.com and they confirmed that i will be getting the product in 7 days. but after that i have not heard from them about the item delivery. i send them a mail that please confirm me the status of my item. but i did not receive any reply from them. i also tried calling there customer support land line phone, but that is also does not exists. please help me. what should i do now??
