Undelivered goods ordered

I placed an order online on your gift360.in for the purchase of Sony ericson mobile handset on EMI using my sbi credit card on 12th July. My order no is 00001148 and the amount was Rs. 8, 988. Till now, there is no delivery of the product. I have been waiting and making calls to the customer care and always telling me to contact Mr. Sandeep of online store. He told me many times that he would dispatch the order within 14-21 days from order date and now he does not answer my phone calls and also not reply to my mails. Can I know when i will get my ordered product?
