KGLN Consulting (KGLN Technologies)
Taken the money and now blocked our website

I started a private limited company earlier this year with a friend of mine and we hired KGLN Consulting (KGLN Technologies) to develop and host our website. The project was due to get finished and handed over in 2 months. It is now 4 months. KGLN has already taken more than 75% of the money due to them, they are running much behind schedule and the project is no where near closure. KGLN has been giving us timelines and not honouring them from the very start. We wanted to just get done with the development of the website and launch it. KGLN gave us a timeline again for yesterday and today, when I mailed KGLN saying any further delay would amount to reduction in the balance amount we owe them, the proprietor (DKN Prasad) conveniently blocked our website.

I would like to know how I can get them to refund me the money that they have taken from me. KGLN is extremely unprofessional and each time we tell them about timeliness, they either stop our work and this time it was even worse. They have blocked our site altogether. Please help.
