Subject: Broadband connection (BB-HOME-UL-750-PLUS-MONTHLY)

Sir,

My telephone at residence has number 2674221. In the bill (Invoice Number1000261244) sent by BSNL Bhopal, since 01/05/09, for five months charge of Rs. 750/- per month has been added and thus Rs. 5250/- have been added as broadband current charges. I have to say that Broadband charges are being paid by me with telephone bill every month and should not be charged separately like they have been in the bill of December 09. Please verify from your records and make necessary correction in the telephone bill for December. Thanks,
