Sir, 100bestbuy.com had cheated me by selling an ipod which was not working

Dear sir, i am srinivas from vizag, complaining you on 100bestbuy.com as they cheated me by selling an ipod which was not working.actually, i got a mail from 100bestbuy.com stating that i was entitled for a combo gift of an ipod and a wrist watch both costing around rs.4500/- for free and the shipping and delivery charges are about to paid by me.so, i liked that offer and made an order on online.after 4 days, i received the courier package as i have paid rs.900/- as shipping and delivery charges.but i was shocked to see that only the watch was working and the ipod was not working.i checked it thrice by connecting it to my pc for charging.even though it was not working.so i hadsend complaint link to them and also called to their mobiles too, but they are not even to respond in any way.so, i am helpless to do nothing else than filing an online complaint on then in the indian consumer forum.so i request you to take necessary legal action on them as soon as possible.
