I placed online order for MP3 Player from 100bestbuy.com, online eCommerce website advertising products and claiming that these rate are promotional and the products are original from the companies.

I received call from the company for the product ordered that i will be getting the original MP3 Player cable and ear phone. After that i received the confirmation call from the company that my ordered product has been dispatched to my address within 5-6 days and i need to pay Rs. 699 on cash on delivery.

On 28th November i received courier and after paying him cash of Rs. 699/- i opened packet in front of him and found only USB Cable in the packet but not the MP3 Player and ear Phone. At first i think that i have been cheated by 100bestbuy. I called them few times but no one response me and it showed that they are busy then suddenly one of their executive received the call and i told him about my problem and he told me to replace the product to our address. Then i did the same and within 8 days i got it. This time i got all the product. Its not a good experience for me but main thing is i got my product.
