10 GB data package
Didn't received the data usage details

Hi,

I've subscribed and activated 10GB data package on 8/3 at 09:35. On 08th, 9th and 10th I've received the data usage details. after that today I;ve received a message which shows the remaining data bal is 334 MB only. I'm surprised because I belive hardly I've used 1.5 or 2 GB only. I've called idea customer care. they have not given me any details of the data usage.

I'm requesting you to provide me the data usage details of my data card number 994712710.
