No delivery of product and no response from customer care team

Are you guys going to take the ownership of delivery as per teh terms and condition in your site and provide me an update about courier delivery. Or you want me to resort to consumer forum court.
Iplaced an order 1 month back on http://www.konicacolorlab.com
but they have not shipped the product nor giving me any refund. The worst is the customer care response. THEY JUST DONT RESPOND. Kindly see my mail trail below

i am not in a position to check, as i am based in bangalore, also the snap were intended to go to my mother and being elderly i dont want her to get into the hassle of checking.
Kindly ask ur partner courier company if they will be shipping or not. Otherwise please give me a refund.
