Koovs: Order not delivered and Partial delivered

I have ordered 2 (two) hard drives (Buy Seagate Expansion 3.5 inch) from KOOVS.com on 27 Sep, with Order id:181964, and coupon id: KV--216234390 and KV--637921809.

Till date it has not been delivered to me.

Also I had ordered 3 (three) phones (Buy Nokia X2-01 Mobile at our) on 21 Oct, with order id:246808, and coupon id: KV-340414128, KV-34828141 and KV-175950659.

It was delivered on 28 Oct.

But only two (2) phones were delivered to me instead of three (3).

There customer care is inresponsive and phones are almost dead all the times.

I would request you to kindly escalate the issue
