Worst customer management

I purchased an Memory card via koovs.com on jan 3rd. They shipped the product after ten days via First flight couriers. These fellows lost (stole) the product. When i contact the first flight courier they saying to contact the seller (koovs) when i contacted koovs these fellows saying contact the courier company. finally i don't get the product. It took 10th feb but no response from both fellows. What a customer management, i am frustrated much out of these fellows. Until these fellows are there India's development is a?
