Product not delivered by Koovs.com for an online shopping that has been done

I had done an online shopping for a Pigeon 4 ltr pressure cooker worth Rs 744 with Koovs.com with order number 463195 on January 24th but still now after 7 days also I didn't receive the product. So I called up there customer care number 080-67880666. Even i sent some mails to them at info@koovs.com. They didnt reply properly. In there website the status of my product is shipping in progress. I want my money back with some additional compensationas they have caused lot of trouble for me.
