No Response on customer care

I bought Tommy Hilfiger Men’s Wallet on 22 August and when I am calling the customer care number mentioned in the website (Call 91-9945032433 (9am to 7pm, 6 days a week) someone is picking the phone and disconnecting this is so annoying that instead of updating on status after picking the call they are disconnecting.

I am regular online shopper and this is first time i have bought something from Koovs.com and I am really disappointed with the customer service.

Please try and avoid buying from koovs.com
