Fraud/Cheating: Sent me a wrong product

I ordered a Targus bag worth Rs. 1700 on koovs.com. I was sent some other bag of lower value on Friday, 18th November. I called Customer Service immediately & they told me someone from the concerned team will get in touch with me. Till Monday nothing happened. I called again & was asked to sent an email to Mr. Sanjay. Mr. Sanjay replied that in next two three days your product will be picked up from ur place & will be replaced. Since then I was sent an email to both Mr. Sanjay as well as info@koovs.com but no reply till today. Today I even wrote that if I don't get a reply then I will consider it as a fraud, still I didn't get any response.
Please register this as a complaint & take necessary action against koovs.com
