Dear sir/Madam,

I have ordered Prestige Pressure Cooker Apple 2Ltr Aliminium (1 qty) nd Philips Electric Shaver HQ-6900 (1 qty) on 5th of Feb (order num 495465).i've received philips shaver alone, Prestige cooker not yet shipped several complaints made it's been already 15 days gone. So i told to cancel my order and refund my amount which deducted against prestige cooker. They not giving proper reply, just telling shipped already delivered.

P.S.money already paid via credit card
