Online shopping, product not delivered yet

I have purchased a sony in ear phone MDR-EX10LP for rupees 550 on 13 th of February (Order ID 514273). At the time of shopping they mentioned that the product will get delivered within 7 days. But on the 8th day when i did contact to Koovs.com they told me that the product is out of stock though at the time of shopping the product was well in stock; i can't understand how the product can be out of stock as it was purchased through the full payment.

Whenever I do contact them, they are coming up with a new idea from their idea factory to make the customer fool and cheat.
