Ad service led to dysfunctioning

I requested for first free service. The boy who came for the job seemed to be incapable to handle the AC.

He though claimed to be a a washer only but handled the AC on his own in a manner which led to the dysfunctioning of the Swing system. A complaint No. 1ZAP0902346 dated 9.4.2012 was lodged on the toll

free No. 18004244555 which was attended to by one Mr Ram at Chandigarh (as claimed by Ram). But no

one has reported to set the AC right so far. The Washer's name is SHABAB and his mobile No. is

8447405083. I am expecting my relatives to arrive on 16.4.12. Kindly send some engineer to hjelp me out.
