16 GB Spy Pen Video Camera
NON FUNCTIONING OF SPY PEN VEDIO CAMERA

I have purchased a 16 gb spy pen vedio camera vide order no 1719571 dtd 23 May'2011 and the same was also received through MO vie mr da -nm/624/11-12 and VP No 4564 on 7 June'2011. But after opening the VPO, it is noticed that the spy pen vedio camera not functioning properly and I have also try lot of time thourhg telephonecally on telephone no 02261364700 which is mentoined on MO receipt. But no responce taken so far. Please intimate course of action required to be taken to replace the same.
