Sir,
This Beam Telecom is providing the worsts services. I have raised the complaint regarding internet. for the past 25 days every day my net services are not available. I am a regulars user of the internet service and i have 24x7 connection.
The problem is there is no batrry back up, when ever power goes off, our net connection goes away, until unless i complaint it is not rectfied. last compliny no. is 2851083 date 24.08.2011. As of now they have not recftified the net problem.
It is has become a really headach with thia BEAM TELECOM, No one is there to respond our complints, they just register complints but none attend the complints and rectfiy.
Kindly dont make to give a consumer complints againt your firm, before kindly recfity and give a parmanent solution.
